Tami Taylor, Colony Builders, Inc.

Tami Taylor is co-owner of Colony Builders and is a 25-year veteran of the Anchorage real estate market. She is ranked in the top 5% of real estate agents nationwide. Tami also leads a professional design team at One of a Kind Design. They are an award-winning interior design company that helps create beautiful spaces in functional homes.

Tami began working in the interior design field when new home interiors were very neutral in Anchorage. She remembers what it was like to be one of the first to introduce color in local home interiors. Tami believes her exposure to the newest building materials, colors, and textures through One of a Kind Design has helped her style sense succeed. She’s honored to have over 600 home interiors to her credit that provide clients like you with the creative functionality people have come to expect from Colony Builders. Tami’s goal is to help families create the home of their dreams on budget and on time.

A large part of Colony Builder’s success is due to Tami’s vision for color and innovative design elements, as seen in her highly praised kitchens. Colony Builders has received 20 Golden Hammer Awards from the Anchorage Home Builders Association during their annual “Parade of Homes.” Her vision is to design homes for how we live, raise families, and entertain in Alaska.

Tami Taylor’s success extends to her family as wife to Bill and mother to college-age children Ashley and Patrick.
